Ticket exchanges

Subscribers: unlimited free ticket exchanges throughout the year!

Single Ticket Buyers: Ticket exchanges are allowed for a $5 per ticket fee. You can exchange for a different date or even a different show. You must email the box office (boxoffice@oaklandtheaterproject.org ) to communicate the new dates you’d like. You can also begin the process by initiating the payment here.

Gifting to a Friend: If you can no longer attend and want to transfer your tickets to a friend. You can email the box office ahead of time, or you can have them come to the show and give your name at will call. Just make sure they’ve got the right date and time!

*As part of the terms and conditions, tickets are non-refundable after purchase.

E-Tickets

No need to print tickets. Your tickets will be ready at will call under your name!

MASKING

Masking is optional for patrons unless attending a designated Masked Audience Performance.

Oakland Theater Project has designated the 2nd Friday performance of every production run as a Masked Audience Performance in which all audience members will be required to wear a mask. This allows us to be inclusive of our community members who are immunocompromised and other members who may need this. Masks will be provided at the theater for those who need them.
